Unlike single-use base clips, this reusable T-shaped leveller uses a screw-adjust system to provide precise height control between tiles. Simply insert, rotate, adjust and release — no extra tools required.

How to Use
- Prepare the tiles and joints: Apply the specified tile adhesive to a properly prepared substrate and bed the adjoining tiles with adequate adhesive coverage. Use suitable spacers to maintain the specified joint width, and check that the T-pin fits the joint and tile thickness.
- Insert and turn the T-pin: With the adjusting cap loosened, insert the T-pin into the joint with its crossbar parallel to the joint. Rotate it 90 degrees so the crossbar sits beneath both adjoining tile edges.
- Adjust the tile level: Gently tighten the adjusting cap by hand until the adjacent tile edges align. Do not overtighten. Keep excess adhesive clear of the T-pin so it can be released.
- Release before the adhesive hardens: Once the tiles are stable, remove the levellers before the adhesive fully hardens and traps the T-pins. Timing depends on the adhesive and site conditions; check the adhesive manufacturer's guidance rather than relying on a fixed number of hours.
- Turn back and remove: Loosen the adjusting cap to release pressure, rotate the T-pin 90 degrees back until its crossbar is parallel to the joint, then gently lift it out. Do not kick, hammer or snap off a reusable T leveller.
- Clean and reuse: Clean off adhesive before it hardens, then dry and inspect the levellers before reuse. Replace any damaged or bent components. Allow the tile adhesive to set as specified before grouting or traffic.
Important: Reusable T levellers control lippage; they do not replace joint spacers, a flat substrate, adequate adhesive coverage or specified movement joints.
