The LEVELMAX Tile Levelling System Wedges are designed to help achieve a flatter, cleaner and more consistent tile finish during wall and floor tile installation.
Used together with LEVELMAX Base Clips, the wedges apply consistent pressure between tiles while the adhesive sets, helping reduce lippage and improve tile alignment. Made from high-quality PP material, they are durable, reusable and suitable for both residential and commercial tiling projects.

How to Use
- Prepare and place the clips: Use compatible LEVELMAX Base Clips suited to the tile thickness and required joint width. Spread the specified tile adhesive, bed the first tile and position the clip bases beneath its edges. Lay the adjoining tile with the clip between the tiles.
- Insert the wedges: Slide a wedge through each clip opening. Tighten by hand or with compatible adjustable levelling pliers until the adjacent tile edges are aligned. Do not overtighten or break the clips.
- Allow the adhesive to set: Keep the joints and clip break points free of excess adhesive. Leave the wedges in position until the tile adhesive has hardened sufficiently, following the adhesive manufacturer's instructions and site conditions.
- Remove the clips: Tap the protruding clip sections with a rubber mallet in the direction of the grout joint, not across it. Wear eye protection. The clip bases remain beneath the tiles.
- Clean and reuse: Collect and clean the wedges for reuse. Remove loose clip pieces and joint debris before grouting, following the adhesive and grout manufacturers' instructions.
Important: Levelling wedges help control lippage between adjacent tiles. They do not replace a properly prepared, flat substrate or adequate adhesive coverage.
