LEVELMAX Primer X Concentrate is a water-based acrylic surface primer designed to improve adhesion between substrates and subsequent flooring system products.

Formulated for professional flooring preparation, Primer X helps stabilise absorbent surfaces, reduce excessive moisture draw from the substrate and support a stronger bond before applying self-levelling compounds such as LEVELMAX ProFlow.

With a 1:1 mix ratio, the concentrate is easy to dilute and apply on-site, making it a practical choice for flooring contractors, tilers, builders and renovation projects.

  • Prepare the Substrate: Clean and prepare the surface to ensure it's dust-free and stable.
  • Apply the Primer: Use a roller or brush to apply a thin, even coat of Primer X. The magenta tint helps confirm full coverage.
  • Allow to Dry: Let the primer dry for 1-2 hours before applying the self-levelling compound.
  • Hazard Classification: Non-hazardous (GHS 7).
  • First Aid: Flush eyes immediately with water. Wash skin with soap and water.
  • PPE: Wear gloves and goggles during application.
